Face Swap โ ReActor-powered face swapping with a job queue
Face swapping just got a proper home on the Playground. The new Face Swap app runs the full ReActor pipeline directly on the local ComfyUI GPU โ no cloud, no uploads to the internet, just your two photos and a button.
How it works
- Upload a target image โ the photo whose face will be replaced.
- Upload a source image โ the portrait the new face is copied from.
- Hit Run โ the job drops into the GPU queue and the result appears in your job list.
Every ReActor option, exposed
The page maps 1:1 onto the ReActorFaceSwap node: swap model (inswapper 128 or the sharper hyperswap 256 family), face detector (RetinaFace / YOLOv5), face-restore model (GPEN, CodeFormer, GFPGAN) with visibility and weight sliders, per-image face index selection for multi-face photos, gender hints, and log level. Every option has a hover tooltip explaining what it does and when you'd change it โ no guesswork.
Built for multiple users
Face swaps run one at a time on the GPU, so the app has a real job queue: submit as many swaps as you like and they process in FIFO order. Each browser tracks its own jobs with live status (queued position, processing, done), per-job cancel, elapsed timers, one-click download, and a "use result as new target" button for iterative swaps. Jobs survive a page refresh.
