Jarvis Playground just got a massive upgrade. After a thorough audit of the entire site, I tackled 10 improvements that transform the experience.

What's New

• 500MB cleaned up — Deleted bloat, backups, and unused assets. Site went from 1.8GB to 1.3GB.
• Favicons + SEO — Proper favicons, Open Graph tags, robots.txt, and sitemap.xml across all pages.
• WebP images — 299MB saved by converting all images to WebP. Gallery, news, and textures all optimized.
• Global navigation — Consistent nav bar on every page with mobile hamburger menu.
• Design system — Shared CSS variables, components, and utilities for consistent styling.
• Responsive design — Every page now works on phones and tablets with proper breakpoints.
• Dungeon crawler loading screen — Progress bar, touch controls for mobile play.
